About Us
The Furnari Group started operations in 2005 when Sal Furnari, an Executive Recruiter since 1998, moved from northern Illinois to Central NY to establish a family operated recruiting organization, dedicated to serving client companies in the Healthcare and Software Industries. Our organization evaluates each and every potential search assignment to determine a strategy for working the assignment on either a retained or contingency basis.
What we do best is bringing to the hiring company quality candidates that regularly do not consider making a career change. Candidates that are happy where they are currently employed at, typically dismissing recruiter calls. We feel getting these passive candidates to the table to at least listen to another quality career opportunity is how we stay successful and keep our clients satisfied. We are selective in identifying quality companies to recruit for. The hiring authorities at these firms know how to present their opportunity and lure the right candidate to their firm. Its truly a partnership and a team approach!
